At Shave Heal, we craft our aftershaves and body mists with love and care. If your purchase doesn’t spark that post-shave glow, we’re committed to making it right. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from www.shaveheal.com or authorized Shave Heal retailers.

Returns: When the Scent Doesn’t Stick

Not vibing with your Shave Heal mist or aftershave? No problem! You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet these conditions:

  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We adore your enthusiasm, but please don’t spritz before requesting a return!
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt. Lost your receipt? We’ll work our magic to verify your purchase.
  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene standards, opened or used aftershaves and body mists cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards and limited-edition scents are non-returnable—they’re just too irresistible!

How to Return

  1. Reach Out: Contact our refreshing support team at support@shaveheal.com or call +1(905) 226-6273 within 30 days of delivery. Tell us why you’re returning—we’re all ears (and noses)!
  2. Get Your Label: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for U.S. returns. International customers, please reach out for shipping guidance.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original bottle or packaging and ship it back with the provided label. Keep that tracking number handy!
  4. Inspection: We’ll inspect your return within 5-7 business days of receipt. If all’s clear, we’ll process your refund or exchange faster than you can say “splash!”

Refunds: Spraying Your Money Back

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Here’s the scoop:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may need an extra 3-5 days to show the funds—patience smells sweet!
  • Amount: We’ll refund the full purchase price, excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product). In those cases, we cover shipping, too!
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Expedited shipping or gift-boxing fees are non-refundable. They’re like the perfect scent—once added, they linger!

Defective or Incorrect Products: When the Mist Missteps

Received a leaky bottle or the wrong scent? We’re on it quicker than a cooling spritz! Contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Get in Touch: Email support@shaveheal.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if possible).
  • Replacement or Refund: We’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping. You pick what suits your vibe!
  • Return Shipping: We’ll provide a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items. No need to sweat the shipping costs.

Exchanges: Swap for a New Scent

Fancy a different Shave Heal aftershave or body mist? We offer exchanges for eligible products within 30 days, subject to availability:

  • Email support@shaveheal.com to request an exchange.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship the new product once we receive the original.
  • Note: If the new item costs more, you’ll cover the difference. If it’s less, we’ll refund the difference—smooth and fair!

International Returns: Global Freshness, Hassle-Free

For our worldwide Shave Heal enthusiasts, returns are accepted within 30 days, with a few notes:

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees and any customs/duties charges.

Cancellations: Changed Your Mind Pre-Ship?

Need to cancel your order? Act fast! Email support@shaveheal.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund you fully. Once shipped, our return policy above applies.
